Family – Briles

My Briles family migrated from Randolph County, North Carolina to Kansas in the late 1850s settling in southern Coffey County.

My ancestor, Conrad Broil (Broyles, Broils, Briles) was a member of the second Germanna colony arriving in Virginia in 1717. Conrad migrated from Virginia to North Carolina, settling in Randolph county where his will was recorded in 1783.

Other North Carolina families that married into the BRILES family include RUSH and BECKERDITE.
