On the motion of Martha Kennedy who made oath
and executed and acknowledged bond as teh law di
rects a certificate is granted her for obtaining
letters of Administration of the Estate of John
Kennedy Deceased
Ordered that George Hart, Samuel Denis Aquil
la Carmack and and Thomas Henry or any three of
them being first sworn do appraise the Estate of
John Kennedy deceased and return the apprais
ment to the court
