By this deed Oliver Swank and Mary Swank his
wife of Warren County in the state of Indiana convey and
warrant to Nelson G. Crawford of Warren County in
the state of Indiana for the sum of twelve hundred dollars
the following real estate in warren County in the state
of Indiana to wit the north west quarter of section twenty
four 24 in township twenty two 22 North of Range Ten 10
west containing one hundred and sixty acres in witness
whereof the said Oliver Swank and Mary Swank his wife
has hereunto set their hands and seals this 5 day of April
