and Permitted to Celebrate and Certify the Rights of Marriage between

and for so doing this shall be your sufficient warrant.

Marriage Affidavit

State of Kansas, Ford County, ss:

In the Probate Court of said County and State.
R. F. Hammond who now here makes application for Marriage License,
addressed to any person authorized by law to join in marriage R. F. Hammond
of Dodge City, aged 56 years, and Mary E. Myers
of Dodge City, aged 38 years, being by me first duly sworn, doth say that they
have the unqualified consent of their parents to their marriage, and that neither of said parties have been divorced by the
decree of any Court within six months las past.
And that they, the said R. F. Hammond and Mary E. Meyers
are not related to each other in the degrees prohibited by law, to-wit: Parent and child, grand-parent and grand-child of
any degree, brother and sister of either the one-half or the whole blood, uncle or niece, aunt or nephew, nor first cousins and
that there exists no illegal impediment to said marriage.

In Testimony Whereof, I the undersigned, Judge of the Probate Court, in and for
Ford County, and Ex-officio Clerk thereof, have
hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at my office, this

issued form the office of said Probate Judge a marriage license, of which the following is a true copy:

To any person authorized by law to perform the marriage ceremony, greeting:
You are hereby authorized to join in marriage R. F. Hammond
of Dodge City, Kansas aged 65 years and Mrs. Mary Grim
of Dodge City, Kansas aged 46 years and of this license you will make due return to my office
within thirty days.

And which said Marriage license was afterwards to-wit: on the 29th day of October
A.D. 1906, returned to said Probate Judge, with the following Certificate endorsed thereon, to wit:

within license, I did on the 19th day of October A.D. 1906, at Kinsley
in said County, join and unite in marriage the within named R. F. Hammond
