Know all men by these presents that I John Crawford
of the County of Lincoln and State of Kentucky
for divers good causes and considerations me hereunto
moving have made ordained authorized nominate
and by these presents or make , ordain authorize nominate
and appointed Robert Crawford my true and lawful
Attorney for me and in my name and for my proper
use and behoof to Execute to James Logan a Deed for a
certain tract or piece of Land lying on the Westwardly edge
of my preemption and bounded as follows . Beginning
at a small Blue Ash corner to said Preemption thence thencepage 137
thence running an Eastwardly course down a small
Branch forty poles thence running parallell with the
said preemption line until it strikes James Logans Corner
on an Elm thence along said Logans line to the said
Preemption line thence along the preemption line
to the Beginning Warranting and defending the
Title of the said Land against me and my Heirs and
all and every other person whatsoever and to do all
other Lawful act and things whatsoever concerning
the Premisses as fully in every respect as I myself
would do were I personally present ratifying and
confirming and by these presents allowing the same
