Elizabeth Minnick
Do you have images of entire newspapers in your files? If so, can you easily locate the article of interest? While reviewing my MINNICK resources, I found images from the 20 August 1869 issue of the Village Record.
Since I couldn’t determine how this newspaper aided my Minnick research, I decided to search Newspapers.com.

On the 20th ult. in Kewanee, Ill, Mrs. Elizabeth Minnick, wife of John Minnick, formerly of Mercersburg, PA, in the 53d year of her age.
Although Newspapers.com identifies the paper as the Waynesboro Record, the front page reveals that it is the Village Record.
Thankfully, I found the article on Newspapers.com since the online image is more legible than my PDF file.
