That Isaac R Duggins Mary F Duggins his wife
of the County of Preble and State of Ohio
in consideration of
Five Thousand Six hundred Dollars
to them paid by George W Straw of the aforesaid
County and State
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged , do hereby GRANT , BARGAIN , SELL AND CONVEY to the said
Geo W. Straw
The following Real Estate Situate in the County of Preble
State of Ohio and described as follows to wit
being the west half of the North West Quarter of Section
Number Ten ( 10 ) Township Number seven ( 7 ) of range Two
( 2 ) East containing Eighty acres of land more or less
and being the Same land conveyed by will to said Isaac
R Duggins by William N Duggins Deceased and of
Record in Probate Court Ohio
and all the Estate, Title and Interest of the said Isaac R Duggins and
Mary F Duggins his wife
either in Law or Equity of in and to the said premises ; Together with all the privilges and appurtenances to the
same belonging , and all the rents , issues , and profits thereof ; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the only proper use
of the said George W Straw
his heirs and assigns forever
and the said Isaac R Duggins and Mary F Duggins
who for themselves and for their heirs executors and administrators do hereby
COVENANT win the said George W Straw
his heirs and assigns , that they are
the true and lawful owners of the said premises , and have full power to convey the same ; that the title , so conveyed ,
is CLEAR , FREE AND UNINCUMBERED ; and further that they Will WARRANT AND DEFEND the same against all
claim or claims , of all persons whomsoever Except a Mortgage in favor ofpage 325
Dr A A Lovett Calling for ( $ 1 . 100 0 0 ) Eleven Hundred Dollars
as follows 1st Mortgage given Mch 27 ” 1882 for $ 500 , due
in five years from the date thereof 2nd Mortgage given
April 26 ” 1889 for $ 600 . and due in three years from
the date thereof said Granter George W Straw assumes and

Mary F Duggins his wife
who hereby releases her right and expectancy of DOWER

BE IT REMEMBERED , That on the 6 ” day of August, in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty four, before me
the subscriber , a Notary Public in and for said County , personally came
Isaac R Duggins and Mary F Dugginsthe grantors in the foregoing Deed and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be their voluntary
act and deed , for the uses and purposes therein mentioned . And the said Mary F Duggins
wife of the said Isaac H Duggins
being examined by me separate and apart from he said husband , and the contents of said Deed being
by me made known to her as the statute directs, declared that She did voluntarily
sign, seal and acknowledge the same , and that She is still satisfied therewith , as her act and deed ,
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
